Halloween enrollment · ends Oct 31, 2026

They guarantee you #1 on Google. Then they don’t deliver.

If you own a local service business — HVAC, plumbing, dental, roofing, auto, legal — you’ve heard it: “We’ll rank you number one or your money back.” There is no honest #1 guarantee in SEO. Google does not sell position one. Agencies that promise it are lying to you.

What other companies sell

A #1 ranking they cannot control — and a refund clause written so you never collect.

What 360 Nerds actually guarantees

We don’t do refunds. We work our ass off. If you’re not on top of Google by the written targets, we keep working for free until you are. That’s the guarantee.

Enroll by Halloween. “On top” means the Covered Terms we put in writing — Map Pack and page 1 — not every keyword on earth. See terms.

What local owners say after the phone starts ringing

These are composite snapshots of the conversations we have with service-business owners — HVAC, trades, clinics, shops — after Maps, pages, and follow-up are actually running. Individual results vary. Nothing here is a promise of a specific lead count.

★★★★★

“We were losing the Map Pack to a national brand with a worse reputation. Six weeks after the listing cleanup and review cadence, our dispatch board filled up on the searches we actually care about — emergency and same-day.”

Derek M. HVAC owner · Phoenix
★★★★★

“I was buying $8k a month in ads and still missing calls. They rewrote the money pages, put click-to-call on mobile, and made us answer in minutes. Organic calls finally showed up on the report next to the ads.”

Priya S. Dental practice · Columbus
★★★★★

“Our old ‘SEO guy’ published 40 blogs that never mentioned drain cleaning. One service page plus honest hours on Google did more for weekend jobs than a year of that.”

Luis R. Plumbing company · Dallas
★★★★★

“Storm season used to mean panic-buying clicks. This year the listing photos, Q&A, and review replies were already in place. We weren’t cheaper. We were the ones people could verify.”

Hannah K. Roofing · Tampa
★★★★★

“I’m not a marketing person. Other guys promised #1 and vanished. These guys said they don’t do refunds — they just keep working. That was the first honest pitch I believed.”

Chris P. Auto repair · Indianapolis
★★★★★

“ChatGPT started mentioning us after the FAQs and consistent NAP. I still don’t fully get ‘GEO.’ I do get the extra consults that never showed as a Google click.”

Elena V. Family law · Denver
Review-style notes

How owners describe the work — in their words

Short, specific, local. That’s the bar. If a review couldn’t be left by a real operator in your trade, we wouldn’t put it on this page.

★★★★★

“Showed us the Map Pack competitors, then the gaps. No mystery. Weekly photos and review asks were the unsexy part that actually moved us.”

Marcus J. · Landscaping, Charlotte · 2 months ago
★★★★★

“They refused to keyword-stuff our Google name. I was annoyed. Then I saw the listing didn’t get suspended. Trust that.”

Nina F. · Med spa, Austin · 1 month ago
★★★★☆

“Took longer than I wanted on a brutal keyword. They didn’t hide it. The 90-day writeup was clear about what was in-scope vs. vanity terms.”

Owen T. · Electrician, Seattle · 3 months ago
★★★★★

“Our site was pretty and slow. They made it boring and fast. Booked-job rate from organic went up. That’s the only metric I kept.”

Gail W. · Home cleaning, Chicago · 6 weeks ago
What you actually get

A local-service system — not a generic agency retainer

Built for owners who sell jobs in a service area: Google Business Profile, money pages, reviews, conversion, and content AI systems can cite. We will not promise you “#1 on every search.” We will keep doing the work until the written ranking outcome is met — at no extra monthly fee if it takes longer than 90 days. Read the Fall 2026 sprint for the operating cadence.

01 · Google Maps / GBP

Categories, services, hours, photos, Q&A, posts, and a review engine. Emergency and “near me” intent is won here first.

  • Primary category that matches how customers search
  • Weekly photo + post cadence you can actually keep
  • Review replies that don’t sound like a lawyer wrote them

02 · Money pages

One URL per service people pay for. H1, proof, click-to-call, city-honest copy. Linked from your industry hub so equity isn’t trapped.

  • Titles rewritten to query language
  • No 40-service blob pages
  • Internal links that a human would click

03 · AI / GEO visibility

Clear entities, FAQs, consistent NAP, and pages an overview can quote. We do not “guarantee #1 in ChatGPT.” We make you citable.

  • Answer-first sections on service pages
  • FAQ schema where it helps, not stuffed
  • See zero-click search

04 · Conversion + follow-up

Rankings without a answered phone are a report. Speed-to-lead, mobile CTAs, call tracking, and a simple CRM path.

  • Click-to-call above the fold
  • Landing pages that match the query
  • Optional paid capture while organic compounds

Lock this in before Halloween

Other agencies will still sell you a #1 guarantee this week. We will tell you the truth on a 20-minute call — and attach the work-free-until-you’re-on-top terms if you qualify.

FAQ for local service owners

Why don’t you guarantee #1 like other companies?

Because nobody can. Google does not sell rank. Anyone who guarantees you number one for “whatever you want” is lying — and the contract is usually written so you never get the refund anyway. We tell you that up front.

So what is the guarantee if there’s no refund?

You pay for the first 90 days like a normal engagement. We work hard on your Maps listing, money pages, and reviews. If you’re not on top of Google for the Covered Terms we put in the 90-Day Brief, we keep working for free (no further monthly SEO fee) until you are. We do not refund the months already billed. Terms define “on top.”

What does “on top of Google” mean?

Your Google Business Profile in the Map Pack (top 3) for at least two of three geo-modified Covered Terms, measured from the agreed ZIP — or page 1 (organic 1–10 or Map Pack) for any non-branded term. Either result means the job is done and complimentary work ends. Your exact business name does not count as that term.

Why Halloween?

We only take a limited number of “work until you’re on top” seats per quarter. Enrollment for this window closes October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. After that, local SEO continues month-to-month without this wrapper.

Do I need to be a home-service company?

Home services convert fastest on Maps, but dentists, gyms, salons, vets, law firms, and other local services qualify if customers search locally and you can take calls. National ecommerce brands are not a fit.

Is this a long-term contract?

No lock-in to stay after the work is done. Plans start from $1,495/month while you’re on a paid cycle. Complimentary work after day 90 is the same local SEO scope — not ads, not a custom rebuild — until the Done Condition in the terms.

Composite owner comments on this page are illustrative of typical local-service engagements. They are not independent third-party reviews of named companies. Guarantee Terms control if anything on this page conflicts.

Guarantee Terms (short version)

Other companies guarantee #1. That is not possible to promise honestly. 360 Nerds does not refund fees. Our guarantee is labor: we keep working at no further monthly SEO fee until the Done Condition below is met. The signed 90-Day Brief controls if there is a conflict.

  1. No refunds. Fees billed for work already performed are earned. There is no money-back guarantee, no pro-rata refund, and no chargeback-friendly “#1 or cash back” offer. If you want a refund product, this is not it.
  2. The real guarantee: we keep working for free. You pay the normal monthly fee for the first 90 days. If the Done Condition is not met at day 90, 360 Nerds continues the local SEO scope in your Brief (GBP, Covered Term pages, reviews, measurement) at $0 additional monthly SEO fee until the Done Condition is met. Complimentary labor does not include paid ads, custom web development billed separately, or work outside the Brief.
  3. Covered Terms only — not “#1 for anything.” We agree in writing on a maximum of three (3) search phrases (“Covered Terms”). Each must include a geographic modifier (city, neighborhood, or named service area) and a service you actually sell. Head terms, “near me” with no geo, competitor brands, and “best X in [major metro]” are ineligible unless we accept them in writing — and we usually will not. We do not guarantee position #1 on every variation, organic blue links, Ads, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Apple Maps, or Yelp.
  4. Done Condition (“on top of Google”). The complimentary-work obligation ends when either (a) your qualifying Google Business Profile appears in the Map Pack (positions 1–3) for at least two of three Covered Terms, checked from the agreed ZIP, logged-out, on at least two of three snapshots in a 14-day window, or (b) your website or GBP reaches page 1 of Google (organic positions 1–10 or the Map Pack) for any non-branded search term — Covered Term or not. “Non-branded” means the query is not only your exact business or personal name. One qualifying page-1 result in our tracking satisfies (b). Hitting page 1 is a win. It ends free work. It is not a refund event — there are no refunds.
  5. You have to do the unsexy parts. Complimentary work and the guarantee are void if you do not provide GBP owner access, website access, and matching NAP; you ignore written changes for more than 14 days; you pause or fire us; you keyword-stuff or change the GBP name against our advice; your listing is suspended, restricted, or filtered; you hire a second SEO vendor on the same listing; or you refuse the review asks we specify. We cannot rank a listing you will not operate.
  6. Who is ineligible. New GBPs under 60 days old, listings with no rankable address or service area, markets we decline on the strategy call, and businesses that cannot take inbound calls during stated hours. If we do not put Covered Terms in a signed Brief, this guarantee does not apply. We will tell you on the call.
  7. Google can change the SERP. Algorithm updates, Map Pack layout changes, and policy enforcement are outside our control. If Google removes the Map Pack for a Covered Term in your ZIP, that term is measured against the local pack Google actually shows, or dropped if no pack exists. AI answers are never part of the Done Condition.

Not a guarantee of leads, revenue, or #1 for every keyword. Individual results vary. Halloween enrollment ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. After that date this seasonal wrapper is closed even if this page stays up.
